With delivery options available throughout Australia, including special orders and convenient pickup, we make it easier than ever to access premium fencing supplies tailored to your needs. Check your closest Depot at one of our 8 locations below. If you have any questions about delivery or feel you fall outside these locations, contact us today for further information. We will endeavour to deliver local orders within 3 to 15 business days. (delivery times will depend on stock and exact location)

Delivery instructions

Due to Workplace Health & Safety considerations, delivery staff will position delivered goods at the first safe location within the residential property line. Efforts should be made in advance of our staff's arrival to ensure an unimpeded path of travel and storage location is available.

Our Glass

If your order includes glass, we highly recommend using our delivery service.

If you choose to pick up your glass order, you MUST follow our safe pickup guidelines:

• Glass pickups from our depot are provided as bare glass (without packaging).

• We will not load glass directly into any vehicle.

• Glass must be strapped to a pallet and side-loaded onto a suitable vehicle (rear loading is not allowed).

Accepted Vehicles for Pickup:

• Flat-bed ute or truck

• Flat-bed trailer

Delivery Pricing

Free Pickup is available for non-glass items. However, if you're picking up glass panels, they must be transported using a suitable vehicle. (ie. Flat-bed ute/truck, flat-bed trailer) Glass panels will be securely strapped on a pallet, which incurs a $60 pallet cost to ensure safe handling.

For smaller items like hinges, brackets, or spigots, we offer a free pickup from our depot, otherwise they can be a part of a larger order within our alternative shipping methods. If you’re ordering larger quantities of items, a crane truck may be required for delivery at a cost of $500. We will invoice you for any additional costs if necessary.

For glass panels or screens, our pallet pickup option is available for $60. This cost covers the secure packaging of the glass on a pallet for safe transport.

If you'd prefer, we offer a delivery and unload service for $99. This service includes two team members to help unload your goods upon arrival.

For larger or heavier loads, we also provide a delivery with crane truck option for $500, ensuring easy and safe unloading at your location.

Our Pickup Option

Although we highly recommend our premium Australia wide delivery service (see locations below), if you would rather use the pickup option, please note that you will incur a Pallet cost as well as STRICT conditions for pickup below:

1. Order will be stacked and wrapped on a pallet for your pickup.

2. Please ensure your vehicle meets the standards for pallet loading. (see below)

Due to OH&S Regulations and your own safety, please understand the following:

1. Orders and pallets can only be loaded onto suitable transport vehicles. (ie. Flat-bed ute/truck, flat-bed trailer) If our depot determines that your transport is unsuitable, we will be unable to release the items. In such cases, we can arrange delivery within our local delivery zones, offer a refund, or allow you to return with appropriate transport.

2. The depot will refuse to load, or allow you to load, glass if your transport is deemed unsuitable. In some cases, the depot may offer to sell you a pallet to safely transport the glass.

3. Staff will do their very best to pick your order quickly at distribution centres, however orders are picked when your arrive and sometimes the depot is very busy. Just use your collection reference when arriving at the office and remember items cannot be purchased at the depot.
