DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

FAST & EASY DELIVERIES

Trend Fencing is committed to swift delivery times. We endeavor to dispatch all fencing orders within 3 to 15 working days (Monday to Friday) from the date of order placement. Our average delivery period is between 5 to 10 days. Please note that these delivery times exclude our annual closure period and other factors that may affect delivery times. In the rare event that we are unable to meet our delivery timeframe, we will promptly notify you. Should we fail to deliver within a reasonable timeframe, you reserve the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund, as detailed in our 'Cancelled or Changed Orders' section below.

DIRECT DELIVERY ZONES

Our Delivery zones sit within our depot locations in Adelaide, Perth, South East Melbourne, North Melbourne, New Castle, Gold Coast, Yatala & Brisbane.

END OF YEAR DELAYED DELIVERY TIMES

During the months of September, October, November, and December, we may experience increased orders leading to delayed delivery times. Rest assured, we will promptly communicate any delays and confirm the best possible delivery date within 24 business hours of order placement. In case the revised delivery schedule does not meet your requirements, we offer the option of refunding the delivery difference, allowing you to arrange alternative transport or self-pickup.

PICK UP OPTION

Customers have the convenience of picking up their orders directly from our warehouses within 1 to 3 business days of order placement. Upon processing your order, we will provide you with pickup details, including a pickup number. For urgent pickups, please contact us at 0435 861 807. Pickup times may vary depending on order.

CORRECT QUANTITIES & ITEMS

Trend Fencing adheres to stringent packing procedures to ensure accuracy in item quantities. In the rare event of an incorrect order, please notify us within 48 hours. We will promptly investigate and rectify any discrepancies at our expense. Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

DAMAGE OR DEFECTS

Our products are meticulously packed to withstand transport handling. However, should you receive damaged or defective items, please notify us within 48 hours for a replacement at no additional cost. We will not be liable for damage occurring after delivery, improper handling, or inadequate storage of goods.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Trend Fencing exclusively offers quality products from Australian companies. In the unlikely event of product faultiness or deviation from the product description, you may return the goods for replacement or refund, subject to our discretion. Please contact us before returning any items, providing photo evidence if necessary. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process, and returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

CANCELLED OR CHANGED ORDERS

Orders cannot be altered or cancelled after checkout, except in cases where we are unable to deliver within a reasonable timeframe.
